Roland Graf

Mr Roland Graf (MLaw), offers his clients legal advice and representation in the fields of family law and criminal law (including juvenile criminal law). As a member of the Pikett Criminal Defence Association and as a consultant within the Anwaltskollektiv, he advises and represents numerous clients in the fields of criminal law, juvenile criminal law and family law.

Thanks to his many years of service in the courts, his experience as a litigator, and his additional training as an SAV-accredited mediator and as a CLP (Collaborative Law and Practice) lawyer, he represents and advises his clients in a solution-oriented manner, with a focus on cooperative negotiation.

He provides targeted support to children and young people during difficult times – whether during criminal proceedings or in the event of matrimonial and divorce disputes between their parents. During his previous role as a court clerk at the District Court of Baden (including the Family Court/KESB division), he was also able to deepen his knowledge of child and adult protection law as well as maintenance law.
